Our current Fellows are completing a Fellowship in Organizational Development, where they gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership training. Upon successful completion—and with a shared commitment to our mission—fellows are invited to become members of Instituto Perucano, joining a collaborative network dedicated to long-term impact.
